Step 1

  • SELF AWARENESS on steroids!

  • We take a deep look at your mindset - where you excel, where you hold yourself back, what values you lead by, when you aren't aligned with them, and why

  • I'm not going to lie - this can be tough. We need to explore and challenge unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, in order to truly know where the work is. 

Step 2

  • Getting into ACTION!

  • ​You will be taught tools, and we'll apply them to challenges in your day to day - when we concentrate on the micro examples, they lead us to changes in the macro picture. 

Step 3

  • ENGRAIN the change

  • Change happens over time, it is understood in reflection

  • We use milestones in the programme to see the shifts, and adjust how we're using time, if needed

  • You will finish your programme resilient, bold, unstoppable. 

The Format

  • 6 month and 12 month programmes are available

  • The scope and format are discussed on an individual basis

  • Group sessions are run over the time period, and are available to book on to as additional skill drilling
